1. When will my kit be shipped?
Monthly kits will typically be shipped around the 10th of each month. Special edition theme kits will vary.
2. What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. We ship USPS Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International (AirMail) to international customers.
3. How much do you charge for shipping inside the United States?
We charge a flat $6.50 per kit for shipping inside the United States. Kits include both Monthly kits and Theme kits. Supplements shipped with kits will
not have an extra shipping charge. Supplements include add-ons, project supplements, extra paper or Bazzill sets, and so on. For orders consisting
only of Add-Ons and Project kits, we charge a flat $6.50.
4. Do you ship kits internationally?
Yes, we do ship kits internationally!
5. How much do you charge for international shipping?
We charge actual shipping costs for International orders. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the items purchased and the shipping destination. Supplements (such as add-ons and project supplements)
do affect international shipping cost because they increase the weight of the package.
6. When will my credit card be billed?
First kit purchases will be charged immediately. If you are on a monthly subscription plan, your card will be charged by the fifth of each month.
7. When will my subscription begin?
If the current month's kit is available, your subscription will begin that month. If the kit is sold out, your subscription will begin the following month.
When we are wait-listed, please e-mail us to be placed on the waiting list for new subscriptions. We will let you know right away when the next available opening will be for you to start a subscription.
8. How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of its 3-month term. If you don't want your subscription to renew, just e-mail us any time before midnight of the first of the following month.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
10. What if my kit is damaged in shipping?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving the kit, and we will make arrangements to send you replacements for the damaged items (if items are no longer available, we will work out other arrangements with you).
11. May I cancel my subscription?
Contact us and we will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. A cancellation fee may apply.
12. What will be included in my kit?
Every kit will include:
- 4x6 set of October Afternoon clear stamps
- 7 to 9 sheets of pattern paper
- 6 to 8 sheets of Bazzill cardstock
- An alphabet (stickers, chipboard, stamps, etc.)
- Fun embellishments
13. Can I skip kits and how often?
Yes, club members may skip once every three months. Please e-mail us by midnight on the 1st of the month if you would like to skip. Skipping a kit will extend your subscription by one month.
14. Is there any incentive not to skip kits?
Yes! For every 3-month subscription without skips, you will receive $7.50 in
"Stamp Dollars" from October Afternoon. Two three-month subs without skips will
earn you enough to get a free 4x6 stamp set!
